Unbelievable.
I usually fall well on the side of the defense, but I think there's little doubt about what happened to Joe Kopp, an eccentric man who seems to not have a violent bone in his body, a man who often told people Dienes was involved in Amy's murder. And now Dienes is out of jail.
I'm interested to see what they try for a defense. Painting Dienes as mentally incompetent ain't gonna sit well with a jury. He owned a business. And somebody buried Kopp in that back yard. That shows planning and forethought. Especially if the allegations are true that he killed Joe while Char, his wife, was at the movies.

It could be a good thing if this guy is guilty of what he's charged with and any uncharged crimes if he does something that incriminates himself further while he's out.
The FBI could already have his phones bugged.
Do really think there going to let him out and not keep an eye on him
How could Char have been at the movies when she has a very serious weight problem? Also, she is on oxygen?
I don't believe she was at the movies & if she WAS, it shows premeditation. How many other times was she seen at a movie ALONE? It was planned
How many people have been let out on bond for crimes they have not been tried for yet and are now on America's Most Wanted, because they can't be found ! They aren't always watched as close as they should be, I guess !!
Since when can't an overweight person on oxygen go to see a movie? Get educated, people. I was there with her.
just cause she is big and on oxygen doesnt mean she cant enjoy her life why dont you people leave her alone you guys are killing her slowly and she didnt go alone
Get educated? I get more education then I want to everyday when I turn on the news & it's all about murder victims who never get justice & I'm tired of it! I have also learned that you can blow someone's head off, bury them in your backyard & then scream I'm the victim & get out on bond if you have enough $$. All this education is making me hungry. Hmmm...what should I eat today? Maybe some bad oranges with a HUGE side of BULLSHIT!!!
About Char.... She states she has a diagnosis of lupus. She uses oxygen at home and while out. She is capable of driving, climbing steps, and taking trips alone. She receives Medicaid attendant care services to hlp with her needs. She is more than the disabled person the media reports her to be. Her business has been buying and reselling antiques, etc...
She has stated the shooting was "in self defense." All the above are facts. My question is: How long did she know about the events before Frank was arrested?
About Frank....more facts. He is a hard worker and will do just about anything to help a friend. He worked like a dog for Char. Is he the most learned person on the planet...possibly not. One cannot judge intelligence on education alone. Give him something to be built or repaired and he will do the job expertly. Did he have a floor business that went downhill after marrying Char...abssolutely.
Concerning Mr. Kopp... He was diagnosed with mental illness and was liked by many in the area. My question to all those friends and family members: "Where were you when he needed you? The Dienes's were willing to be there when you weren't.
And what of the person who knew about the alleged murdern then report it to CSU police? How long did that person know about the situation and did not report it?
Did Frank pull the trigger and then bury the body? It appears that way. Self defense? We can't say as we weren't there. The evidence is damning against it. The police need to investigate the family members more closely.
What everyone seems to forget is that this incident has affected the lives of families and friends of the Kopps and the Dienes as well as ending a life and ruining others. Perhaps the blogger should remember this also.
The Dienes ruined their own lives
