Questions That Need Answers

Here are a some questions I'm still trying to get answers to--and some things I need some more information about. If you can help, send an email to the address above.

1. Who was asked to submit DNA and is still avoiding Bay Village detectives?
2. Who has information about "The Attorney"?
3. If you have reported a tip to the police or FBI in the last two years--and they responded by interviewing you in person--I'd be interested to know what was discussed.
4. I am interested in any information about the strange behavior of any man who lived on Lindford (Amy's road) in 1989.
5. I am also looking for names of any males who regularly travelled between Bay Village and Ashland County in 1989.
6. And, the names of anyone you witnessed becoming frantic or angry about the publication of the book or who became frantic or angry while watching a story about Amy on TV.

A New Beginning

More than a year after the book was published, I'm still getting leads and tips on a weekly basis that merit some follow-up. Guess I can't quit this just yet.

I'll be re-investigating some old suspects and looking at some new individuals in the next couple weeks. I'm also putting together a "new chapter" in the ongoing saga of Amy's unsolved case, which will appear in a collection of True Crime stories that I am writing for Gray & Co, which will be released this year.

If you have any new information you can reach me at the address above.

I'm very interested to know the name of the man who has not yet given his DNA to Bay Village detectives.

In the meantime, I thought I'd share this new picture of Amy. This was taken two years before her abduction.

Man in Michigan Used Same M.O. as Amy's Killer

A creep by the name of Arthur Nelson Ream was charged this week with the murder of a 13-year-old girl in 1986. He called her on the phone and tricked her into meeting him by telling her she was going to a surprise birthday party.

Here's the link.

Let's not get too excited here, though (Cindy Leise at the Chronicle Telegram, I'm looking in your direction). I had my Private Eye friend do an address history on this guy and I can't find any connection to Ohio. Not to say there isn't one. What I'd like to know is did this guy know Ted Lamborgine? Ream didn't live too far from Oakland County, where Lamborgine was organizing his pedophile ring.
